Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only (50 states + DC).
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Cost

• Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.

Processing times
Orders placed Mon–Fri before 2:00 pm ET ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 pm ET or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day.

Delivery estimates

• Contiguous U.S.: 3–6 business days

• Alaska, Hawaii, remote areas: 5–10 business days
  Expedited options may appear at checkout (rates vary). Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or weather.

Carriers
USPS, UPS, and other reliable partners. You’ll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.

PO Boxes / APO/FPO
Most items can ship to PO boxes and APO/FPO via USPS.

Cruises & time-sensitive ceremonies
Have a sail date or ceremony date? Add it in the order notes or email us—we prioritize time-sensitive shipments.

Address issues & lost packages
Please verify your address at checkout. We can assist with carrier investigations, but we aren’t responsible for packages delivered to addresses entered incorrectly. If a package is marked “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, contact us within 7 days.
